Final Rare 2030 Conference was held online on Tuesday 23 February. 

We hope that the recommendations produced in this project will be a  strong call for a new European policy framework for rare diseases by 2023! We cannot lose momentum now: the Rare 2030 recommendations set the direction we need to go.

We are counting on all our rare community support to help us shape by design a better and more equitable future for this vulnerable population in Europe and will be contacting you in due course to plan future actions. Let's listen and hope for a better integrated care for patients in Europe!
