Rare Diseases International (RDI), EURORDIS and the NGO Committee for Rare Diseases organized the Rare Disease Day Policy Event launching the call for a UN Resolution to Address the Challenges of Persons Living with a Rare Disease (PLWRD)

On 4 March 2021, participants from 83 countries joined the event which brought together civil society organisations, persons and families living with a rare disease, the private sector, UN Representatives, UN Member States and policy-makers.
