Today at the Planet of Rare Diseases we will continue our updating from the Workshop “Creating a Sustainable Environment for Holistic & Innovative Care for Rare Diseases & Complex Conditions” organized at  Frambu Resource Centre for Rare Diseases in Oslo on 12-13 April 2018 as a Joint Workshop from EU-funded projects INNOVCare and RD-Action.
